James 2:15

This picture is for Auntie Wendy!! We are so blessed everyday when we dress our two boys! Does that sound silly? Well is shouldn't, everyday God provides for us to be able to take care of the needs of our children and I am SO grateful for that. I have seen many children in several countries that their basic needs are not being met, including being clothed. It is heartbreaking and it brings me to tears...with that being said, what are "you", what am I doing about it? God calls us to take care of people in need. James 2:15 says, "If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and be filled," and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?"
We can say we care but if we do nothing about it...then I guess we really don't care..words are empty without action behind it.
Thank you Auntie Wendy and Uncle Mike for all the wonderful clothes you hand down to us, God uses you to provide for us and we are so thankful!....as you can see in this picture Drew is helping me pull out the next size and put away the smaller stuff. He really wanted to put these swimtrunks on...I couldn't believe he could get them on, I think they are 12 months or something! He has been wearing the hat since it got cold a couple weeks ago. We love you and miss you!

So true Erin. I can't even begin to express how thankful I am when people give us hand-me-downs. It's truly a blessing. I remember when Sean first switched jobs and things were...tight...to say the least. Stella had been growing like crazy and she needed new clothes desperately and what comes in the mail the next day?? A package with hand-me-downs. I cried. Have a great Thanksgiving Erin girl. And like Tori said, I'm thankful for you.

Oh and I love the pictures on Kirra's blog. Your place is so cute. I need to see it in person :) Love ya!

aaaw Erin... I love you! I just love seeing my precious nephews in clothes that my boys wore just a few short years ago, it makes me sooo happy inside! Speaking of, I am filling up a new bag of things that Jaden just grew out of for little Drew! I just wanted to smooch on Drew's cute belly in this picture! Miss you!
